Hormone Rituals (Sleep & Nutrition)
Let's Support Our Body with Sleep & Food.
Most women choose to try seed cycling for at least 2–3 months to see how their body responds. Like most natural support, consistency matters.
Yes, it's how I (the founder) feel in love with seed cycling! If your cycle is irregular, missing, or changing — including postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause — you can seed cycle by syncing to the moon phases instead. We have a moon calendar if you scroll down, plus we will remind you via Instagram and email!
Seed cycling is great way to naturally mimic the hormone fluctuations of a 28 day cycle and help regulate your cycle or reduce symptoms if you are peri / post menopausal.
Seed cycling uses whole, organic seeds as food. However, if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific health concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting.
SEEDLING is a food-based product and is generally used alongside existing routines. If you are unsure, check with your healthcare provider.
Enjoy two scoops daily, added to smoothies, yogurt, oats, salads, or meals you already love. No prep required, just keep them in your fridge for up to four months from the date of delivery.
Many women notice changes like less bloat and better digestion early, while others find benefits over multiple cycles with consistent use.
Two scoops daily on your oatmeal, yogurt, salads, smoothies, or straight-up.
Follicular Phase · New Moon to Full Moon
Enjoy phase i starting on day 1 of your cycle (your bleed) for 14 days. Non-regular cycles can use new moon to full moon.
Luteal Phase · Full Moon to New Moon
Enjoy phase ii during the second half of your cycle (around ovulation) for 14 days. Non-regular cycles use full moon to new moon.
Once you’ve completed both phases, repeat!
No tracking apps, no stress, just your daily SEEDLING ritual, whether you’re syncing to your cycle or the moon.
